Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-29
This page explains what data padelmap.bg collects, why, and what you can do about it. We try to collect as little as possible.
Who we are
PadelMap is operated from Bulgaria. For privacy questions, email padelmap.bg@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Court submissions. When you submit a court via our public form, we store the court details plus your name and email so we can verify the submission and reply if needed.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, your email goes to our newsletter provider (MailerLite, EU). Unsubscribe link in every email.
- Contact form. Name, email, and message you type — sent to us by email, retained as long as needed to respond.
- Server logs. Standard web-server access logs (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) — kept short-term for security and abuse prevention.
- reCAPTCHA. Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block bots. Google receives your IP and interaction data when you submit a form — see Google’s privacy policy.
- Aggregated visit statistics. We use Burst Statistics (https://wordpress.org/plugins/burst-statistics/), a self-hosted, cookieless analytics plugin. It records anonymous page views, referrer, country, device — no personal identifiers, no third-party transfer. All data stays on padelmap.bg.
What we don’t do
- No third-party advertising or ad tracking.
- No Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics (today).
- No selling or sharing data with third parties beyond the processors we explicitly list above.
Where data is stored
Hosting is in the EU (superhosting.bg). Newsletter data is in the EU (MailerLite, Lithuania). reCAPTCHA processing happens on Google infrastructure under Google’s terms.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email padelmap.bg@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
Cookies
See the Cookie Policy for what’s set in your browser.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify newsletter subscribers.
